<p>The prime minister was speaking at a rally in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, where on November 17 there would be a single round of assembly elections.</p>
<p>“The way a vehicle takes us back in the reverse gear, Congress is also an expert of reverse gear and is an expert in converting good governance into a bad one,” Modi added, cautioning people not to fall into the “trap” of Congress.</p>
<p>According to Modi, the Congress failed to address Bundelkhand’s water problems during its rule in MP. The region had a rich history of water bodies around a century ago, and its residents had long been in need of even a little amount of water.</p>
<p>In order to force Congress to change permanently, he urged voters to make it “crave” by robbing it of authority for at least a century.</p>
<p>According to Modi, the Congress has nothing to do with growth and prioritizes its own interests above that of the nation.</p>
<p>Congressmen, according to Modi, were born with a silver spoon in their mouths, and mocking poverty is just “adventure tourism” for them.</p>
<p>For the Congress, Delhi is the starting point and the sole destination in the nation. He said that if the leaders of the Congress brought their “foreign” guests outside of Delhi, they would simply take them to demonstrate “poverty in slum areas” and have “photo sessions” with them.</p>
<p>He said, “But now Modi is giving them pucca houses.”</p>
