<p>The searches are covering around 40–45 locations throughout Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Delhi, and Karnataka, they added.</p>
<p>The business firm has significant installations in Madhya Pradesh, where searches were conducted in Bhopal and the nearby Raisen region.</p>
<p>According to the sources, the tax authority is investigating allegations of money inflow into the business, especially from certain outside locations.</p>
<p>According to them, the government is also looking into allegations that some “benami” directors may have been involved in the group firms.</p>
<p>The firm manufactures, markets, bottles, labels, and distributes alcoholic drinks. It also has a bottling factory.</p>
