Haley topped the incumbent president by two points after last week’s second Republican debate, 40% to 38%, according to the most recent poll conducted by JL Partners for the Daily Mail from September 15 to 20.

Biden trailed former President Donald Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and South Carolina Senator Tim Scott by one point each, although he maintained a three-point lead over Indian-American entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy and an eight-point lead over former Vice President Mike Pence.

Independent voters tended to favor Haley more than other voters.

According to the Daily Mail, she defeated Biden among this category by a margin of 19 points, the largest in the Republican field.

The former UN ambassador was ahead of President Biden in the Harvard CAPS-Harris study study, which was issued earlier this month.

In a hypothetical 2024 runoff between Haley and Biden, 41% of respondents said they would support her, compared to 37% who said they would favor the incumbent president.

According to rumors, Haley is a concern for Biden’s own campaign.

If Republicans choose Nikki Haley, we’re in danger, a senior Democratic strategist close to the campaign warned Politico in August.

According to the Mail, Haley’s popularity among independents is sometimes ascribed to her more moderate ideas, which appeal to people seeking an alternative to Trump.

In a previous interview with Fox News, she stated: “(Democrats) know that I am the biggest threat that liberals have ever seen, and they’re scared about it.”

Nobody else is, in the words of the Politico newspaper, “running the way she’s running, trying to walk a line so vanishingly thin it might not exist.”

“She leans on her identity without giving crowds even the slightest whiff of identity politics, tempering tough talk on immigration with poignant pieces of her personal backstory.”

The Haley Campaign claimed that she didn’t hesitate to criticize her opponents’ risky positions, such as Ramaswamy’s support for TikTok, Trump’s failure to prioritize the greater Chinese threat, and DeSantis’ ban on fracking and offshore drilling, after The Hill, MSNBC, and The Washington Post proclaimed Haley the winner of the second Republican debate.

She criticized Ramaswamy for his TikTok attitude, saying: “Every time I hear you, I feel a little bit stupid for what you say. That was one of her most memorable moments of the night, according to the Mail.
