Maharashtra: People got relief from heat due to rain in Aurangabad, 42 percent paddy has been planted

Some areas of Aurangabad district have received good rains in the last few days, due to which paddy planting has gained momentum. So far, about 42 percent paddy has been planted in the district. On the other hand, due to water in the fields after the rains, the farmers of the district are rapidly planting paddy. 

Although some areas have still not received good rains. Due to which the farmers are unable to sow paddy. Farmers are facing the brunt of drought. It has been raining drizzlingly in the district since Sunday night. It is still raining lightly in the district. Due to the rain, the residents of the district have also got relief from the heat.

Chances of rain till August 8

Meteorologist of District Agricultural Science Center Dr. Anoop Choubey said that it is expected to rain till August 8 in the district. At the same time, thunder can also fall with strong thunder. That’s why the people’s of the district should be careful. Do not step out of the house in the midst of rain. Because you can get hit by lightning. At the same time, the meteorologist has appealed to the farmers not to work in the fields amid rains. At the same time, an appeal has been made to the farmers to sow short duration paddy.
