On October 7, a startling video of Louk surfaced from Gaza, showing her being paraded in her underwear by Hamas. The footage shows her being thrashed by onlookers and being spat on by a little child.

Louk was brutally killed, according to an official letter that her father and her cousin got from the Israeli Defense Force and aid organization Zaka.

The IDF notified the family that after comparing her DNA, medical professionals had verified that pieces of her skull were discovered.

According to the letter, she could not have lived without the fragments of her skull that were found, and as a result, after speaking with two specialists and a Rabbi, her death was ruled out.

According to the IDF and Zakka, her mistreated corpse is still in Gaza with Hamas.
