<p>After one of the guys pretended to be an IAS official, two men were detained for allegedly breaking into Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena’s office, police said on Sunday.</p>

<p>On Wednesday at 2:30 pm, the pair went to the LG’s workplace. According to a senior police official, one of them identified himself to the employees at the LG’s office as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer and claimed to have an earlier meeting with Saxena.</p>
<p>According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Sagar Singh Kalsi, the accusations were verified by the secretariat personnel and proved to be inaccurate; a complaint was then filed in this respect at the Civil Lines police station.</p>
<p>There was no evidence of a terror connection once the individuals were questioned. However, an inquiry was launched, and the two individuals were later detained, according to Kalsi.</p>
<p>According to the authorities, the suspects got to know one another via a mutual acquaintance. They also said that their goal was to take pictures with the LG and then utilize those pictures to make quick cash.</p>
<p>According to cops, Sethi pretended to be an IAS official in the LG’s office.</p>
