Not in 1947, but in 1977, India attained independence: BJP leader in Bihar Samrat Chaudhary

Samrat Chaudhary, the president of the Bihar BJP, said that India attained independence not in 1947 but in 1977, when a new government was established after a “total revolution” started by Jayaprakash Narayan.<img decoding=”async” class=”alignnone wp-image-150534″ src=”https://www.theindiaprint.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/theindiaprint.com-not-in-1947-but-in-1977-india-attained-independence-bjp-leader-in-bihar-samrat-chaudhary-article220449-11zon.jpg” alt=”theindiaprint.com not in 1947 but in 1977 india attained independence bjp leader in bihar samrat chaudhary article220449 11zon” width=”1392″ height=”1044″ srcset=”https://www.theindiaprint.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/theindiaprint.com-not-in-1947-but-in-1977-india-attained-independence-bjp-leader-in-bihar-samrat-chaudhary-article220449-11zon.jpg 740w, https://www.theindiaprint.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/theindiaprint.com-not-in-1947-but-in-1977-india-attained-independence-bjp-leader-in-bihar-samrat-chaudhary-article220449-11zon-150×113.jpg 150w” sizes=”(max-width: 1392px) 100vw, 1392px” title=”Not in 1947, but in 1977, India attained independence: BJP leader in Bihar Samrat Chaudhary 6″>

“The country gained independence in 1947, but I don’t think it happened because British citizens left and new British citizens took over.” ‘Sampoorna kraanti’ (complete revolution), started by Jayaprakash Narayan, resulted in the formation of a new administration in 1977,’ Chaudhary stated in a speech to a crowd in Patna on the occasion of Goswami Tulsidas’ birthday.

“In my opinion, the Brahmins have always been better and will continue to be so. We are Chandragupta Maurya and Lord Ram’s successors. I have sworn to take off my turban once Nitish Kumar is no longer serving as the chief minister of Bihar, he remarked.

Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, asked Chaudhary, “Why do you wear a turban?” Chaudhary responded.

He also said that Uttar Pradesh, a neighboring state, has advanced considerably in terms of development. Yogi Adityanath has boosted Uttar Pradesh’s yearly budget 14 times more than Bihar has. UP’s yearly budget is 42 lakh crores of rupees, compared to Bihar’s meager 2.61 lakh crores.
