<p>According to Goa DGP Jaspal Singh, he has already handed the state government a “report detailing facts.”</p>

<p>The Goa government’s under-secretary for personnel, Nathine Araujo, issued a directive ordering Koan to report to the DGP with immediate effect on Wednesday evening.</p>

<p>The IPS officer, who was charged with abusing a lady at a bar in the state on Monday night, had received’strict action’ promises from Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.</p>

<p>After GFP MLA Vijai Sardesai brought up the issue in the House on Wednesday, Sawant said that such behavior would not be condoned.</p>

<p>A lady slapped an IPS officer at a nightclub when he tried to molest her, according to Sardesai, who did not identify the officer in the House.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The GFP MLA further claimed that the IPS officer had a history of “misbehaving” with women later in the session.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The IPS officer may be seen on a video tape requesting a female casino employee to “sit next to him,” according to Sardesai, who did not specify when the alleged event took place.</p>
