<p>They said that Vinod, the accused, believed the victim had used “black magic” on him.</p>
<p>The occurrence happened on Monday.</p>
<p>Sunil’s neighbor Vinod fatally stabbed him. Rajpal, another neighbor, was stabbed while attempting to rescue Sunil. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Dwarka), M. Harsha Vardhan, said that he was receiving treatment.</p>
<p>Vinod, a resident of Surhera village, was detained after a complaint was lodged at Jaffarpur Kalan police station under sections 302 (murder) and 307 (attempt to kill) of the Indian Penal Code, according to Vardhan.</p>
<p>According to Vinod, he assaulted Sunil with a kitchen knife under the pretense of casting a spell on him. Vardhan said that they got into a fight a week earlier over Vinod urinating on Sunil’s land.</p>
<p>Unlike Rajpal, who works for the government, Sunil was a farmer. According to the police, Vinod is jobless.</p>
