<p>On Wednesday, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee reacted angrily, calling the establishment of an anti-corruption squad at Raj Bhavan by Governor CV Ananda Bose an effort to meddle with the operation of the state’s government.</p>
<p>Additionally, she said that Bose is “wearing a mask” and “working on orders from the BJP.”</p>

<p>“I’ve heard that the governor is establishing a cell to combat corruption. The Raj Bhavan is not responsible for this. The governor is respected by us. Cells are being put up by him on his own. He is excessively meddling with the rights of the state, according to Banerjee.</p>

<p>Inaugurating a “anti-corruption cell” in Raj Bhavan earlier in the day, Bose said that this effort will assist citizens in bringing their grievances to the appropriate authorities.</p>

<p>“I can see that he (Bose) is wearing a mask and acting on BJP orders,”</p>

<p>According to Banerjee, the Constitution outlines the duties of the governor.</p>

<p>The chief minister said that the governor chose a person from his home state of Kerala to serve as vice chancellor of a university in Bengal even though they had any prior educational experience.</p>
